Water Damage Restoration

Water moves fast. So do we.

Emergency water extraction and structural drying within hours, not days.

IICRC Certified WorkSafeBC BBB Accredited

The Problem

Water moves through buildings in ways you cannot see — behind walls, under floors, into structural cavities. Within 24 hours, secondary damage begins: mould growth, structural compromise, electrical hazards.

The longer water sits, the more expensive and extensive the restoration becomes. What starts as a manageable cleanup can quickly escalate into a full-scale remediation project affecting multiple rooms, floors, and building systems.

Whether the source is a burst pipe, appliance failure, roof leak, or natural flooding, the response needs to be immediate and thorough. Surface drying is not enough — hidden moisture behind walls and under flooring will continue to cause damage long after visible water is gone.

Our Process

1

Emergency Response

We arrive on-site, assess the situation, and stop the water source. Our team secures the property and identifies immediate safety hazards before any work begins.

2

Water Extraction

Industrial pumps and truck-mounted extraction units remove standing water quickly. Every minute water sits, it penetrates deeper into building materials.

3

Moisture Mapping

Using thermal imaging cameras and professional moisture meters, we locate hidden water behind walls, under floors, and in structural cavities that you cannot see.

4

Structural Drying

Commercial dehumidifiers and air movers are strategically placed and monitored daily. We track moisture levels until the structure reaches dry standard.

5

Restoration

Once dry, we handle all repairs and reconstruction — drywall, flooring, painting, trim — returning your property to pre-loss condition with a final inspection.

What To Do Right Now

If the water is coming from a pipe, fixture, or appliance, shut off the main water valve immediately. This stops the flow and prevents further damage while you wait for help to arrive.
Relocate electronics, documents, photographs, and irreplaceable items to higher ground or a dry room. Even if they look fine now, prolonged exposure to moisture will cause damage.
Standing water and electricity are a lethal combination. Do not walk through standing water if outlets or wiring may be submerged. If safe to do so, turn off the electrical breaker for affected areas.
Standard household vacuums are not designed for water and pose a serious electrical hazard. Professional extraction equipment is required to safely and effectively remove water from your property.
Before any cleanup begins, take photos and video of all affected areas. This documentation is critical for your insurance claim. Capture wide shots of each room and close-ups of specific damage.
